I was contacted for a follow up on 7/31 cause I was there previously looking for a 2nd vehicle didnt quite find what I wanted in my price range. Meanwhile I was on vacation at camp I was told its the end of the month that I could possibly get a great deal. So im like there's really not anything im interested in but one vehicle but it wasnt really in my price range. So I decided to go and figure I see what deal I can get... so it turns out that I still got the vehicle with no deal.... at first I was presented with a higher msrp than it was listed online then I shown the salesman the online listing and it got changed to that price...at the end of the sale.. again I asked what deal can I get... really didnt seam like they were interested in giving me a deal I shoulda walked away since I had a bad experience from the previous visit. But I really wanted and needed a 2nd vehicle had no trade in and really didnt want to put anything down. So my payments got drug out to 84 months and I had to put money down to make it in my price range then go into finalization of the sale and get all the additional coverage at additional price so I ended up paying another 7k on more coverage which should automatically be included in the price discussed at agreed price so afterwards im enjoying my new vehicle but yet I feel like ive been had...

When this vehicle was bought brand new at your dealership price included car wash after every service and also loaner vehicle. Never have received either and it’s been there 4 times. This last time appoint was for 8:00 in morning. Dropped off night before and I had to call you at 4:25 to see what was going on. Then all of a sudden they’re doing paperwork to get done when I called but I had 1st appointment in morning . The lady in service writer acts like you’re bothering her when you’re dropping off. No communication. Then when you pick it up she says just get in and pick your paperwork and never goes over what was wrong. You will never get 1 more visit from me. And I am in the process of sending over your Chevrolet as well

The "gentleman" that approached me as I got out of my car, never greeted me, nor did he introduce himself; just asked curtly, "are the keys in it?" When I handed him my keys, he did not respond, just busied himself poking around in my car. I discussed a specific issue regarding my R front tire losing air with the other attendant and attempted to point out an imperfection in the tire wall, no one cared to look, but I was told it was noted. I was later flatly called to the window to pay, no from service had spoken with me at this point. The young lady at the desk appeared disinterested and bored. When I asked what the charges were for, she looked annoyed and matter of factly stated, "tire rotation and an oil change." As I walked out to get my vehicle, I mentioned to service staff that I assumed all was ok with my tire, since no one spoke to me from service. The response was, "oh, I guess, they didn't mention it." I bought my car at your dealership because of the impression the previous line of ads presented the staff and dealership. It appeared that they were truly interested in providing friendly, honest, and quality customer service care. However, with each visit since buying my Trax, I have become less and less interested in continuing to do business with you. As a single woman, who knows nothing about cars, it is scary to think that this type of service is my driving future. I am left disheartened and disappointed with customer service and Crivelli Chevrolet. Boo hiss!!

When my truck broke down I called the service department. They managed to get the truck in the very next day to take a look at it and see what was wrong. They got it fixed in one day, which was good because I am really going to need the truck this time of the year. My car was inspected and emissions inspection done as well. I had a bad strut that was replaced, new tires put on, and an oil change. They communicated with me about the issues and once I gave approval to fix they got it done in a timely manner. Great job getting my truck redone. There were only a few details/ issues that I've noticed. I'm picky about my vehicle which I'm sure that they noticed when they were inside of it. 1. Windshield is still smudged up in places. 2. Missing one of my newly just replaced air vent clips. 3. There was a green liquid in / on my drivers rear weather tech floor mat. At first I thought it was green antifreeze, but it don't smell like it, or feel like it. 4. I found a new round sander pader disc in between the console, and my passenger front set. Like i said I'm very picky and wife will confirm.

As a excellent credit qualified buyer, we were subjected to a 4 hour push back on tv etc advertised promotions for a 2026 truck. On the salesmans quote and finally a mutual cost agreement, the numbers shuffling ended up costing $2,000 over the written example we agreed to. Salesman provided no help with the settings in the vehicle,had to go to another dealer to provided that for us.

Your personnel worked diligently to find a tire which matched the damaged tire. After the tire was on hand, the replacement was accomplished promptly and efficiently.

The service department is always accommodating to my schedule.

I bought an spare key for my vehicle, I picked the vehicle up after the service dept was closed. The key did not work. I told the receptionist and a salesman that it didn't work. Was told to call the next day. I did that and the parts person talked to me like I was stupid and said that it needed to be programmed... what did I pay 75.00 for if I have to program it? I can buy one on a website for 10.00. Very disappointed in the service and they way I was talked down to

Service was performed promptly and staff was cordial and efficient. I was disappointed that I was not advised of a software change that required me to reestablish many of the previously established settings.

State inspection failed because the front tire had a plug in it from a previous hole in the tire. I also told them about a rattle in the front end they said it came from the tire plug. Why couldn’t they take the plug out and put a patch on it to pass inspection instead they wanted us to purchase a new tire

Unfortunately, my truck needed service due to a check engine light within the first month of ownership. The service dept addressed it in a timely manner. Still disappointed as a simple zip tie could’ve proactively addressed the TSB and saved a lot of headache.

charged 250 dollars for a clamp when I broughtthe truck in overheated. they said it was ready to go but my son broke down in 0 degree weather within 1 mile..they admitted they never even test drove it before they gave it back. charged my 16 yearbold 150 dollars for a thermostat after he figured it out then made him drive off the lot onto the highway to install it himself. I have the old thermostat to show how ignorant and incompetent theywere. 16 year old changed thermostat in side of road and truck is fine....shady ripoffs rude and ignorant staff. act like they know everything ...charged for diagnostic but wrong and left my 16 year old broke down...

(My only beef is that they don't honor employee pricing on new vehicle purchases. We have purchased one new vehicle from them but it would have been at least 3 vehicles if they would honor the GM employee pricing program.)
